Hi Everyone,

I want to confirm what is the total cost of CSA certification. As for the nowlearning course it says $300 for 300 credit and then I will get a voucher and then I need to spend $300 again to book the exam. SO in total, it will be $600.

Is this true?

Totally, $600 is true. But for CSA you don't need to spend your money. Sometimes ServiceNow will have a free learning event for CSA. At that time you can enroll in the course and take the voucher for free.

See this article: https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/free-voucher-for-servicenow-csa-cer...

I went through the same confusion. NowLearning does not make it clear to everyone who gets to that point. It is always a big surprise when you find out that you must pay 300 for the 'on-demand' course and another 300 for the exam.

Note that ServiceNOW does not post the prices of these courses in a list format, to see the prices, you need to go into each course and check the price. Prices may change over time.

I am finding that for each path, there are multiple classes, some free, some not.  How to find the one that costs money? Investigate all classes in each path or open a support ticket with service now. It looks like pay courses and exam fees are separate.
