Course could not be completed forever

Hi All,

I'm new to Nowlearning platform. Recently, I have completed 'Reporting Overview' on-demand course with all of its contents including Simulator activity. But the status is incomplete and I cannot complete the course forever though read and view the content and follow the steps multiple times.

I have raised a case for this initially but got to know that there is no technical support for this course. Here  attached the screenshot of multiple statuses within the portal. Can someone guide me through this to complete the course?

Thank you for the reply Geoffrey! I've even tried by logging out and using other browsers on the very first time.

Not sure how, but I got a notification later on Friday that the course is complete and the system issued me the voucher. Yay! I'll be able to move further now.

Looks like you might not have met the pass percentage for section 1.1.3. 

Retry, I am sure you will be able to pass the test

Hi Adi,

I have completed the Knowledge Check section more than thrice and the status is still the same. Just to check if I made a mistake, I have used another account to complete the course and I was able to complete it by following exactly the same steps.

Since the ServiceNow Fundamentals is a mandatory course for taking any further advanced courses, I'm stuck here.

Hmm.  I would enter another CASE, honestly.  They may say that there is "no technical support" for the course, but this is more like technical support for Now Learning itself.  You're not asking for any help with the course CONTENT.

In the meantime, I would try all the usual things: 1) Reboot your computer.  2) Try a different web browser.  3) Clear cookies/cache and try again.  Explicitly log totally out of Now Learning and then back in.

I ran into a SIMILAR issue with the Predictive Intelligence course.  When I completed it, the system did not "trigger" whatever mechanism it's supposed to, to mark the course as 100% complete.  I logged out of Now Learning, then back in, and then opened up the final lesson, and scrolled to the bottom, then exited the course, and voila, it magically recognized the course completion.
