Course not showing completed

Service Portal Fundamentals On Demand:

Knowledge Check: Module 4 and Knowledge Check: Module 6 both the Knowledge check modules showing as not completed and not tick marked as completed. even though I have completed all topics and assignments, videos. and I have also done all the labs. regarding the module

please  help me to resolve the issue.

Hi @banothprashanth ,

If you have tried to complete all videos, texts etc. for the course and it still show as incomplete, the only option is to create a case for the NowLearning team.

As mentioned by @AndersBGS  please cross check all videos and if still not completed log a case to SN Now learning . Nothing to worry here.

create case  from now learning platform and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.

Check your all video mark till end time and if stil issue there , log a case via Now Learning.
