created cases for help but not getting any response , since 8days waiting for reply 

Anyone can help me with this , how can i connect for help

if you are referring to cases raised from your personal account on now learning or developer portal then no one from community can help here

What is your concern?

Have you raised the case from Servicenow University?

If it is servicenow university Help link-> follow up the case -> they generally try to close the case within 2-3 days.

Note: If you ask about your PDI - then be informed , there is no support available for PDI.

If it is your certification relation, login the Servicenow Univerity /check your mail (of your registered id) and check the status.
