Hi, I'm currently completing the Capstone Project Challenge from the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course.
Unfortunately, when I want to upload the xml file from the cd_sfone_catalog_item.xml file to the Retrieved Update Sets module, the file doesn't get added. I've currently tried the following:
- logged in as admin
- tried in the global scope
- pick a random application scope and tried in there.
The form seems to load forever or is stuck, and I won't see any records of the loaded file in any of the modules within the System Update Sets application. Please advise.

Hi community,
After a good day of sleep (for me and the instance), the import works just fine. I don't know what happened yesterday, but sometimes we all just need a bit of rest.
