CSA certificate not showing in NOW learning Portal / profile

Can someone help me to with my question?

I am not able to see my certifications in the My Certifications  section in ServiceNow  portal. I webassessor  is linked to the portal.

Hi @vpriyasadda 

The certification is available under the certification section once you appear for the exam. If it is not available, log a Now Learning case. Before doing so, check the Web Assessor site to see if your certification is appearing there.

I am also facing the same issue, I don't see my CSA certification under My Certification section in Now learning but I can view it in my webassessor account. How do I get it appear in my nowlearning account?

I am facing a similar issue. It's showing the Webassessor account, but it's not appearing in the 'My Certification' section in Now Learning. Can you please help me with this?
