CSA Certification : $500 vs $70 - Is a Refund Possible ?

Hi everyone,

I recently paid $500 for the System Administrator Fundamental Course On Demand two weeks ago.

However, Servicenow has now launched an offer for the CSA certification at just $70.

PLEASE, Is there any possibility of a refund or a way to apply this new offer to my existing purchase? I haven’t completed the course or scheduled the exam yet.

I didn't see any confirmation anywhere that this is a worldwide offer. It is mentioned by several people, though without in depth information unfortunately.

You could always raise a personal Now Learning case like Sandeep is mentioning. Thats the most reliable. We all are just random welwilling community members, but don't hold us accountable 😅
