Hi Community,
I'm planning for CIS -ITSM certifications this week. My concern is that I have completed Vancouver version course & need to pay for it in order to get the voucher. But as we know Xanadu version has been released so can I still use the same (Vancouver release) voucher for CIS-ITSM?
If yes, then my another concern is how would I get to know about the new features introduced in Washington/Xanadu version. I'm worried about if there are new questions from these releases then it would definitely affect my passing probability in exam.
Please help me with it.
Thanks in advance!

Greetings
1st - yes you can use the same voucher for Xanadu releases exam, a voucher is valid for 1 yr irrespective of release.
2nd - As per experience, when a new release exam come , 5 to 8 questions get changed from previous release or training.
You can go through the Xanadu product releases of ITSM also you can watch my video of Xanadu release where I cover alot from ITSM side

@Dr Atul G- LNG There's no Xanadu release exam. It's Washington DC since a few days.

Yes, it's Delta on Xanadu not the mainline.

Hi there,
There is no Xanadu release exam. If you look at webassessor (and several community posts and articles): the current exam version since a few days is Washington DC. So not Xanadu.
If your course was on Vancouver, yes there might be a tiny bit of new content in the Washington exam. Though to be honest, its like all 60 questions are that different. From my own experience and answers from others, if at all, then at most 5 questions would be different.
And why worry? Washington DC is already out for half a year now. If you have been just working on a PDI etc, you would have gained experience on Washington DC already right?
