CSA certification Pricing

Hello, Everyone.

I'd like to confirm the overall cost of CSA certification. The nowlearning course costs $300 for 300 credits, after which I will receive a voucher and must spend another $300 to book the exam. So in total, it will cost $600.

Is that true?

Hi @SimpleWeb ,

As per process / guidelines, CSA course is USD 300 and for exam you need to pay USD 300 extra. It is not with CSA , with all CIS exam, course and exam 2 steps and for both need to pay if did not work with partner company.

Hi there,

If you are not associated with a ServiceNow partner or not part of RiseUp (and perhaps some others exceptions):

Yes On Demand courses are then 300 USD for the course + 300 USD for the exam voucher (if the course is eligible for a voucher ofcourse) + TAX.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee.

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

Yes I think it is collect.

But may be it will have a yearly event to let you have a chance to get a free voucher. It had 2022 and 2023. I dont know if it will have in 2024 and when.

Hi @RaiKou - that special offer happened once (in 2022). It's unlikely to occur again in 2024.
