CSA certification voucher

My CSA certification voucher is expired, can I again get another voucher for me to take up the certification? What should I do now? I completed all the relevant courses for certification, it is asking me to pay 300 dollars or 300 learning credits from my company.

There no voucher concept anymore.

Note: if it is discount coupon(voucher in that sense) provided by your organization, Talk to your organization.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.

Hi @AkhilaSarvasudi 

As per the latest update, for the new exam vendor from ServiceNow, no voucher is required.
You can book the exam using a learning credit, or you will need to pay by card.

In the user’s case, since it is an Express exam, they need to pay on their own. The total cost is $354, including tax.

Currently, there is a no scheme going on, which provides free vouchers.
