I am currently pursuing the Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich) (Course) and performing the assessments in the lab instance. I am stuck at 4th assessment. In the Lab instance, it is successfully completed and also validation is successful making the completion percentage to 57%. However, the assessment window is showing as 'Failed', due to which I am unable to progress with other modules.
I even refreshed the certification window and lab instance multiple times, but not helping. Due to this issue, I also terminated the first instance, requested 2nd instance and recaptured the assessment tasks again from task 1 to 4, but still i don't see any change in the status of the task on the left side panel.
