Is it necessary to take up CSA certification even after knowledge gain to attend any ServiceNow related interviews because it seems to be too highly priced

It is is not mandatory but issue is company need CSA certification as minimum to onboard, so in short need to do.

Nope, certification may help you in shortlisting the profile but in interview your knowledge will speak so focus on getting knowledge. Finally knowledge will help you in completing your job assignments.

Hi @lavanyachan,
It's not necessary, but sometime recuiter filter out candidtate, its very subject and depends on situation.
If employer is giving learning credits or reimbursing the learning/certification cost, then good to have otherwise try out all learning courses and micro-cert ( free ones ) to showcase your learing curve, active participation over community question/answere posts also helps.
