CSA ebook Zurich

Hello everyone,

I am new to ServiceNow and have completed a few courses on the learning.servicenow platform. I am planning to prepare for the CSA foundations exam; however, I noticed that the platform, eBook, and training materials are all based on the Xanadu version.

Could someone please let me know if there is a latest eBook available for the Zurich version? One of my colleagues mentioned that it is better to prepare using the Zurich version rather than Xanadu, so I wanted to check with the community.

Hi @Vinudeep,

the eBook matches the version of the training, so if you take a class in Xandu, the eBook will be also Xanadu, the same for Yokohama or Zurich... 

The differences among versions are not that significant, so in my opinion it doesn't matter which version you will study, the CSA is about basic concepts of the platform.
