Unable to start Delta Exam CSA Zurich

i completed the CSA in October.

Now I receive the message to complete the delta exam for Zurich. (see screenshot 1)

I see that no payment is due (see screenshot) and can continue to access my delta exam. 

Then I receive following message (see screenshot 2)

When I click on it, nothing happens. 

What am I doing wrong here?

When you click on the card shown in screenshot 2, it should redirect you to another page for starting exam.

If it is not working, try doing it in incognito window. If still didnt work, then create a case with ServiceNow university team using this link.

Click on arrow, sometimes it take time, so nothing to worry, mate.

I tried on multiple occasions over the course of today but eventually it opened - the servers are probably swamped with lots of people trying to take the delta's as today is the first day of the window. Give it time and you'll get in 🙂

I tried it from my end and there might be a bug... as the Delta window opened today.

On the left, there are several Deltas that I am going to take:

and when clicking the first one (CIS HR) then nothing happens... but if I click on the second (CIS HAM) and any of the below ones, then it opens correctly. I have logged out, clear cache, logged in, and it is still the same..

So perhaps, Mirko, you are clicking the first from the list and that's why you cannot get there... If you want to "bypass" it, go to: Certified System Administrator Maintenance Exam (Delta) 2026

CC: @Jim Poisson can you please review with the team? The first Delta in the list cannot be accessed and some people might have just and only one, which results in not being able to access the link...

EDIT: and workaround might be - access directly in case that you want to take these during weekend:
