CSA exam questions

Hi,

I just joined the community and using all resources available to me to pass the CSA exam. I have 2 questions that I was not able to find answer for yet:

1: Do we have access to the servicenow platform/instance during the test in order to answer questions or is it purely memorization?

2: Is the ServiceNow Foundations course along with the learning the exams topics by reading the product documentation enough to cover the exam?

1. It is purely Memorization and you cannot access your instance except the exam portal.
2. No you need to have an overall idea on all sectors, As per my experience foundation course will not be enough. Refer to the below links those can help you to crack the exam.

Hey Fadel,

If you have taken the Admin Course it is quite easy to pass the exam, as most of these questions are from the Admin Book that they provide during this course.

I have attached some notes and the topics in each section that I had taken from the Admin Book, it may be helpful.
