Preparing for ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Exam?

I took the 3 day training for ServiceNow System Admin and am preparing for the exam now that I have a voucher.  Just reaching out to the community to see who else is in a similar situation as me.  Any processes people are taking to study?  I've been going through the entire course again in Vital Bookshelf, but not going as far as reading exam questions on 3rd party sites. They just don't seem to be very accurate, so I'm focusing on using official ServiceNow material only.  Probably have studied for about 3-4 hours.  How about you?

Hi Carey,

Please be aware that you will be able to answer all the questions by reading the System Administration ebook. But I would say please go through the questions available online which will be very useful. To be frank there will be many questions directly from them.

Use these for practice questions.

Domain 1: User Interface and Navigation

Domain 2: Users and Tasks

Domain 3: Data Administration

Domain 4: Service Automation

Domain 5: Introduction to Scripting and Development

 All the Best.

Thanks,

If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.

Are there alot of workflow related questions on the test as in these flashcard decks? There isnt much in the online course and the focus is on Flow Designer rather than Workflow?

I would look at the Quizlet... which helps me out with review for any SN test. It gives you a different perceptive on how others view the test material and what you might have missed.

Good luck with your test!!!
