CSA Exam Suspended-Request for voucher/Reschedule

my CSA exam was suspended because the protocor required an external usb camera.i only had my laptop's camera and was not aware of this strict requirement.could you please allow me afree retake or voucher?

 you can try to raise a case at now learning, but don’t think you will get much help. The exam rules are very well described.

Go to the support in https://support.kryterion.com

 

try to contact via chat and explain your situation, they will schedule a new data as your preference

Hi @SheikS 

An external camera is required for all ServiceNow mainline exams taken from home. In your case, the exam has already been suspended due to this flag. You’ll need to raise a ticket through the help center, and the team will guide you from there. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to say whether you’ll be issued another voucher.

Hi @SheikS ,

 

External cam was a requirement - i guess you have not read the documentation properly on Webassessor site. Anyways - no one from community can help you, you need to rasie a case with ServiceNow only. Whom to contact info can be found here:-
