You’ll need to pay the voucher amount in order to receive the CSA voucher.
However, if you are working with a Service Now partner, you may be able to claim it for free.

The best way to get you csa voucher is completing the course “administrator fundamentals” in now learning ServiceNow
You need to pay the course and complete
And the end of last lesson you be able to claim the voucher
in your now learning profile you see “my voucher” and get it

This is wrong. The on-demand course has been free since February 2025. You still need to pay to sit the exam.

ServiceNow offers free vouchers for partners but you need to pay 300 USD plus taxes to claim exam voucher if you are working with non-partner.
