CSA Exam voucher fee and exam fee

Hi Community,

I am doing the exam preparation from the Nowlearning for CSA Administration and about to complete "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand" but to accesss this content, I need to pay 300USD which is same as the exam fee. Only after that I will able to achieve Voucher for exam

I am confused, I have to pay exam fee again when I will schedule my exam with this voucher or it is included in this voucher, (I don't need to pay any fee again with this voucher.)

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, anyone or everyone must complete this training. Now question about fee.

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

you have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

Total cost is 600 USD.

If you are working with partner company then only it will be free.
