ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - On Demand (Latest Version Fall 2022): Lab 8.1

Hello -
Can anyone provide assistance to the proper steps to begin Lab 8.1: Create a UI Policy & Business Rules?
The instructions are "abbreviated", so the step-by-step portion is not shown.
I seem to be stuck on the very first item, which is to ADD a field to the "Manufacturer" form...which I cannot seem to locate.
I thought maybe there would be a step-by-step "answer" guide for figuring out this Lab?

Hi, I was also foxed by this, I don't think there is a Manufacturer form from previous labs to amend. Instead I applied the change to "add Contact field" to the Company form on the Company table (core_company).

In section 2: Prepare Data, you use the updated form to create a Manufacturer record Infinity Products Inc.

So do we need to create a new form and add that field to the top right corner? I'm new to this and am completely lost on step 1 still. Not sure if we need 3 new forms?

Open Company form, form layout. select new view a rename(you dont really need to create a new view, but I guess its a good practice) and  add Contact field.
