CSA Exam Voucher Issue After Platform Migration – Showing $300 USD Even After Completing All Require

I have already completed all the pre-requisites required for the CSA exam, including the Instructor-Led Training for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals. However, when I attempt to register for the CSA exam, the system still shows a fee of 300 USD.

My friends who attended the same instructor-led course and redeemed their vouchers at the same time were able to register for the exam at 0 USD on Pearson VUE. Their vouchers were automatically recognized by the system.

In my case, the issue seems to be related to the voucher I received. The voucher email states that it is only valid on Kryterion Webassessor, but the exam platform has now moved to Pearson VUE. Because of this, Pearson VUE marks my voucher as “invalid,” and Now Learning shows the full exam cost.

Details:
• I have completed all CSA prerequisites

• Voucher Validity: 12-Aug-2026
• Badge “Eligibility for CSA Voucher” is showing “At Risk”

I kindly request that my voucher be reissued in a Pearson-compatible format or that you add the exam credit directly to my Pearson VUE account so I can proceed with scheduling the CSA exam.

the instructor-led course shall be enough to take the exam, please go to SN University > Help Centre and raise case (right side) to get assistance from ServiceNow.

This is most likely related to the transitions where legacy exam platform (Webassessor) was replaced by Pearson VUE and with that no vouchers will be issued anymore. With the support case you shall get assistance to resolve this.
