CSA Exam Voucher Issue - Need Assistance

I  completed the ServiceNow Fundamental On-Demand course in October 2022, and as a result, I received a CSA exam voucher with an expiry date of 30th October 2023.  However, when I attempted to claim the voucher, I was prompted to pay $300 USD.

 

I wanted to seek assistance from the ServiceNow community to understand if this is the correct process and if there may be any steps I'm missing to redeem the voucher without the additional payment. I believe there might be some confusion or a technical issue with my account.

 

I would appreciate any guidance or insights from those who have faced a similar situation or from ServiceNow representatives who can shed light on this matter. My goal is to ensure that I can take the CSA exam as intended with the voucher that was provided to me as a result of completing the course.

The free voucher is valid for one year. If it is under the validity, mail to certification@servicenow.com.

They will generate new voucher.

Please hit the thumb and Mark as correct based on Impact!!

You can create case from now learning  platform and wait for reply.

Also you can raise a ticket in Now Learning Portal in Help Center. Create a case and fill in the details of your issues with the attachments and submit. I have done both of the actions and waiting for a response from Now Learning and Certification Team.

If I am not wrong, you got this voucher as per SN scheme which has been launched last year (Free of cost CSA) , if yes then I guess the only best option is to log case to SN and get it clarified.
