CSA Exam Voucher Issue - Need Assistance

I  completed the ServiceNow Fundamental On-Demand course in October 2022, and as a result, I received a CSA exam voucher with an expiry date of 30th October 2023.  However, when I attempted to claim the voucher, I was prompted to pay $300 USD.

I wanted to seek assistance from the ServiceNow community to understand if this is the correct process and if there may be any steps I'm missing to redeem the voucher without the additional payment. I believe there might be some confusion or a technical issue with my account.

I would appreciate any guidance or insights from those who have faced a similar situation or from ServiceNow representatives who can shed light on this matter. My goal is to ensure that I can take the CSA exam as intended with the voucher that was provided to me as a result of completing the course.

Hello Abhijeet, Thanks for the response. I have not done the course yet. I reached to ServiceNow fundamental On-Demand course and it asks for payment of $300. My query is that If I make the payment, do I need to pay again when attempting to the Certification exam?

@Hashmi  If you had completed the entire course, including simulator activities, before October 30, 2022, you will receive a free exam voucher. If you encounter any difficulties in using or redeeming it, they will generate a new voucher for you. However, if you completed some tasks from the course after October 30, 2022, you will have to pay for the exam

Yes, in present scenario you have to pay separately for an exam voucher. This topic is based on promotion in 2022 where they gave free CSA exam voucher after completion of Administrative Fundamentals. However you had to complete all the content before 30 October 2022.
