CSA exam voucher/linking Webassessor email address issue

Hi, I submitted my personal email to link my Webassessor account yesterday afternoon but haven't received any email yet after completing my ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course. My question is, I already had a Webassessor account that has other certifications from salesforce only in there. Do I need to create a whole new Webassessor account just for ServiceNow cert exams? It has been over 24 hours and I haven't received any email to verify my Webassessor email account. What do I need to do here to link my email correctly and receive my voucher?

Best way to move forward: create a case with NowLearning so you get an answer that's certainly correct. You voucher should be available on NowLearning as well, including the instructions (on your profile, check 'my vouchers').

I don't think you need to whole process, did you able to see in Now learning about linking of Web Assessor account. Sometime email did not come. So you can wait for better to log a Now Learning case.
