CSA exam voucher

Hi,

I'm trying to schedule an Exam for CSA servicenow. While booking for the exam they are asking me to provide the voucher code for it. When I'm trying to find it under CSA Eligibility voucher( which I got as I have completed Service now admin fundamentals on demand course) I couldn't find one. Could you please help me with this?

Log in to Now Learning, click on your name in the upper right, from the drop-down menu choose My Profile.

Once on the Profile page expand the My Profile section on the left and click My Vouchers. You will see all your available, used, and expired vouchers there.

If you believe you are missing one, then you will need to open a case with support.

You have to claim that voucher. after that you will get the voucher code.

I was facing the same issue but was resolved after I submitted a ticket. To submit a ticket login to ServiceNow Portal, Go to Help Center and Create a Case. Add screenshots of My Voucher section and explain the case.

For this you need to go to your profile --> My vouchers and there you will find the voucher.
