Hi @Azam Razvi

did you try to use other user ?

Try to change the password and then try.

Check the ACL  and roles for the user (service Account).

Please mark my answer helpful or solution accepted if it serves the purpose.

Hello @Azam Razvi,

This might be due to one of the following reasons:

1. The credentials of the Credential record in your ServiceNow instance is incorrect.

2. The GitHub token generated does not have the appropriate permissions.

3. There is a mistake while doing "Import from Source Control" in Studio.

-> Please try to regenerate another token, modify the Credential record to match the new GitHub token and check other details are correct, and finally, check if the Import from Source Control works properly. I find it especially easy to mistake the repository branch name, so please double-check that too.
