Dear Service Now Team,

In October 31, 2022, I finished my free Service Now system administrator course and qualified for the CSA Free Voucher. I wish to now apply to take the CSA exam. When I click the area titled "Claim in My Vouchers." It demands payment (300 USD).

I didn't receive a coupon code to my email address to use when booking an exam or applying a promo code while making a payment on a Web assessor account.

For your reference, kindly see the details and screenshot below. My voucher is about to expire, so I'm hoping for a speedy update. I want to finish the exam before the voucher runs out. Please take the necessary action.

Hi Neha,

No, you don’t need to pay. You just need to provide the voucher code that you received; this code is enough to complete the booking.

If you believe the solution provided has adequately addressed your query, could you please **mark it as 'Helpful'** and **'Accept it as a Solution'**? This will help other community members who might have the same question find the answer more easily.

Thank you for your consideration.
