Although I followed all the mentioned steps. I am unable to validate my task in Lists and Filters​ Task.

Hi @GaurishShukla,

You can log a case in Now Learning Help Centre if you have followed the instructions and performed the task but validation is not successful. I am not able to access your screenshots, could you paste them in the text box instead of attaching to see what is the issue?

Hi @GaurishShukla,

You need filter out active incidents as per error shown. Sort the list in descending order of priority. Use list editing by clicking ctrl and selecting all in state column and change state of all 10 priority 1 incidents at once.
