CSA Exam Voucher ?

Hi all,

I'd like to have a better understanding of the exam vouchers, for the Certified System Administrator(CSA) exam in particular.

I have enrolled for the instructor-led course (ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals) and as per my understanding enrolling for the official training on ServiceNow will grant me a complimentary exam voucher.

But checking my vouchers section is empty, is it because:

1. I have to finish the 3 days of training first?
2. I need to claim it first? (if so then can someone guide me on how to do so please )
3. or is the whole topic of getting an exam voucher complementary wrong? (if so can someone suggest the right way instead )

Hi @LaithSehadeh 

the vouchers will be provisioned by the trainer at the end of the course. That way ServiceNow will make sure that you really follow the training until the end 😉

you will receive the voucher after successfully completion of course.

 you will get eligible for CSA voucher afer the completion of course. So complete all the topics and exercises provided. It will also help you to prepare for Exam and most important to understand the serviceNow.

Hi @LaithSehadeh 

First you need to complete the training ( Online mainly)

Once you complete this your records get update in system 

and then you will get CSA voucher.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
