Delta exam still showing at risk after after successful completion

Hi all,

I gave my CIS-Discovery delta exam 4 days back, but on nowlearning portal it is still showing as, "At Risk". When I click to open it, it doesn't allows me to re-take the exam. It only has "Review" button and shows exam completed successfully with completion date. I also got a mail for successfully completing my delta exam.

In Webassessor, it shows as current.

I logged a case with ServiceNow, but want to know if it is a system issue in ServiceNow learning portal or is it an issue others are also facing.

I did not had this issue with my other mainline certification exams and this was the last delta exam that I had attempted.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @VRAI ,

It's an issue with the Now Learning Portal. Since you have already raised a case with the Now learning team, it will be fixed . just wait for sometime.

@VRAI If you have already cleared the Delta exam and the now learning is still showing the certificate at Risk then probably this is a now learning issue. Since you already raised a case, I am assuming this will be taken care of by the Now learning support team.
