CSA Exam Voucher ?

Hi all,

I'd like to have a better understanding of the exam vouchers, for the Certified System Administrator(CSA) exam in particular.

I have enrolled for the instructor-led course (ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals) and as per my understanding enrolling for the official training on ServiceNow will grant me a complimentary exam voucher.

But checking my vouchers section is empty, is it because:

1. I have to finish the 3 days of training first?
2. I need to claim it first? (if so then can someone guide me on how to do so please )
3. or is the whole topic of getting an exam voucher complementary wrong? (if so can someone suggest the right way instead )

@LaithSehadeh The costs Atul described here is NOT correct for your situation. Since you mentioned instructor-led course.

I thought the exam fee was waived if you purchased the course, regardless if your company paid for it or not? Please let me know since I just created a case & have been waiting for a response from the support team. Thanks.

Unfortunately, no, there is the fee to register for the course, and than a seperate charge to purchase the voucher.

That depends which course.

This post was about the instructor led course. That course includes a voucher. What Atul mentioned, is about the on demand course. For that one the voucher is not included and you need to pay additionally for the voucher.
