CSA Exam vouchers

Hi,

I just completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals on Demand course for which I paid $300 and now while trying to get the voucher for registering the CSA exam, it is again asking for $300 or 300 learning credits; is this expected?

I was expecting to get a free voucher after the completion of paid courses, can anyone clarify please?

I guess ServiceNow fundamentals is a on demand course and is for free.

To claim the voucher we need to pay 300USD for getting the voucher

Hi there,

On Demand courses don't include an exam voucher.
Instructor led courses do include an exam voucher.

So for an On Demand course, you pay for the course and afterwards you can buy an exam voucher.

Hi Lux,

If you are using personal email for the course, then it will ask for $300. But if you do it with official(Your company) and if it is registered partners, then I think it will be free of cost. 

Try to register with an official account and finish the course, check if you get the voucher.
