CSA Exam - Webassessor Account

Hello,

Can someone please help me clear this doubt?

For CSA Exam our webassessor account has to be of the same email id as now learning platform or another account works too?

Currently, my webassessor account is on abc@xyz.com but my now learning account is on def@pqr.com

Will this work or both need to be the same?

HI @Vishwa Pandya ,

Usually, you need to have same email address otherwise your exam results and the certificate will not get populate in now learning.

After you pass the exam your certificate comes to nowlearning. so, it's important to have same email addresses.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.

Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi Vishwa,

You can sync between them, refer

Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

link Webassessor to Now learning?

Hi Vishwa,

It does not matter if your Now Learning Account email and Webassessor Email is different. You can use the voucher (generated by now learning course completion) and book exam to give your attempt (on your different webassessor account).

Its just that - your mainline certifications linked to webassessor wouldn't show up in now learning dashboard until you link your webassessor email with now learning account by LogIn to NowLearning --> Click on My Profile --> Preferences --> Webassessor Email --> Add your current webassessor email id.

P.S. - Attached Image for reference on how to link both.

I hope it helps clearing your doubt. Please mark correct & helpful if it does.

Thanks,

Mohit
