CSA or CAD certifications

Is it necesary to have the certifications to attend the interviews while am switching my career to ServiceNow.

Hi
It’s not strictly necessary to have these certifications, but from what I’ve observed, most companies nowadays expect at least the CSA certification. I’d recommend pursuing that, and if you can also add CAD, it will be a great advantage .

I will say It's not compulsory but It's depend on company, some of the company want to have certificate after 5 or 6 month after you join the company and the company will pay for the certification exam. Having Certificate does not mean that the person is professional in that fields. I have seen so many people who are professional but they do not have certificate.

Based on my experience, it is not necessary but if you have these Certifications, then it shows your knowledge on concepts and it may help you for your CTC.
