Login issue after email update

I recently updated my email id and I am unable to login to ServiceNow university after updating to new email ID. After I enter the MFA code, system keeps redirecting me to two different pages. Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?

It is fixed through  ServiceNow Support incident.
