CSA register resume error

Can anyone help how to sort the issue while registering exam, i can see resume option and iam unable to move forward to next to register and schedule my exam 
I have completed my CSA fundamentals mandatory course

Hi @SweP ,

Sorry you are facing this issue. Start by making sure the course status is completed and any perquisites.

Next step make sure, there is no terms and condition you have to agree to or checking.

If these steps doesnt help, You can create a case with ServiceNow in Help Center. They will then resolve your issue.

I can see my course status is completed. I have raised a CASE after you guidelines .Not yet received any reply from team.

Can you open this link and check if any checkbox is required? If not, it would be better to log a ServiceNow support case.
