Cannot login to Get Support page

Hi All,

 

I was trying to create a support ticket regarding my training course progress got stuck even I had finish the whole course, but every time when I try to login to the "Get Support", I got message:
Sorry you can't login with this ServiceNow ID.

Does anyone had the same issue and can you please share how to resolve that?

Hi @jackps 

To log a Now Learning case, you do not need to go to Now Support. Please go to Now Learning and select the Help Centre.

customers have their admin team to raise case for their instance through this -> https://support.servicenow.com/now

Understanding Now Support access roles and permissions 

But for your now learning you simply need to login to now learning and raise case from here
