Hi Team,
I have cleared the CSA Exam on 27th of this month. I have cleared the exam. But I have registered the exam from official mail id and I am no longer associated with the company now. But the results were sent to my official id. How can I receive the results to my personal id and credly account.
Please help me out.

HI @anandshivappa,
You can follow the steps outlined in the following KBA to transfer your account from your corporate mail address to your private mail address. If you don’t have access to your old mailbox, please submit a case in the Help Center and they will do the account migration manually for you.

Though following KBs are available on how to merge your accounts , so that everything you can access from New Account.
Yet , I will recommend you to take Now Learning support help (from link: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/.) to merge your accounts and make all certs accessible in your new account.

You don't need to worry , it's quite simple you'll just need to merge your id's and soon your certifications will be reflected

Hi @anandshivappa,
Congratulations on clearing CSA!!!🎊
This happens quite often, so no need to stress.
Since you used your company email while registering for the CSA exam, your certification details and badge are currently linked to that email in ServiceNow Now Learning and Credly. Because you no longer have access to that mailbox, you’re not able to see the results or claim your badge.
The best way to fix this is to contact ServiceNow Certification Support. Just raise a request through Now Learning support and explain your situation clearly, mentioning that you passed the CSA exam but your registered email is no longer accessible and you want everything moved to your personal email.
They will usually ask for basic details like your name, exam date, old company email, and your new personal email. Once they verify it, they can update your account email and re-send your certification details.
After that, your badge will be reissued through Credly, and you’ll receive it in your personal email, where you can accept it normally.
In short, you don’t lose your certification —> it just needs to be reassigned to your new email, and support will handle it.
