Hi @ZebaT
yes , follow this course:
Tips for the CSA Exam (Certified System Administrator)
CSA is the first and foundational exam in your ServiceNow journey. Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:
-
Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
-
Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.
-
Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.
-
Consider supplementary courses – Some candidates have found Udemy courses helpful for additional practice and clarity.
-
Watch my experience video – I’ve shared my own preparation journey and tips here:

Adding to @Dr Atul G- LNG points:
Review the official CSA Exam Guide thoroughly.
Udemy mock tests can help a lot with practice and identifying weak areas.
You’ll find many dumps online, but don’t rely on them, most answers are outdated or incorrect.
Good luck with your CSA prep!

I recently passed CSA, and the learning course is definitely a good starting point — it covers all the core concepts. But to fully prepare, I’d recommend adding a bit more practice. Try doing hands-on exercises in a PDI, especially around tables/CMDB, workflows, scripting basics, and platform features. Also go through the official practice questions to get comfortable with the exam format. With course + hands-on practice, you’ll be fully ready. Good luck!
