I have completed the CSA exam prerequisite and paid $500 for the course. Now that I am eligible for the voucher, I am asked to spend another $300. Is it normal to pay a total of $800 for the CSA course and voucher? Can someone please clarify this process for me?

Hi @Swati28
Yes, if you not working with partner org, then you need to pay. Every mainline has 2 steps
- Training which has cost
- Voucher - Which again has cost to book the exam.
You need to pay $300 plus taxes to get CSA voucher.

Refer to the ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/journey/#/lessons/_BN13bYBGDmit-oFN0V... (scroll to the claim your voucher section)
For on-demand or simulator training, the voucher is not combined with the cost of training. There is an additional fee* for the credential exam voucher. You have one year from the training completion date to purchase the voucher from the My Voucher tab in Now Learning using Learning Credits or a credit card.

@Swati28 Unless you are part of a ServiceNow partner company (which usually have some discounts on the courses and vouchers) you will need to pay the full fee + Applicable taxes.

Hi @Swati28,
Mostly organization pays for this. Please do not pay unnecessary money for this. Please contact to your partner company which provides the free voucher. And some company do not pay for this then have budget for this then they can pay for you.
Please accept my resolution if it resolves your query and thumps up.
Thanks
Jitendra
