CSA Voucher Eligibility Badge Earned, But Unable to Claim Free Voucher

SuhashV

Hi Team,

I’ve successfully completed all the prerequisites and have earned the Eligibility for CSA Voucher badge on the Now Learning platform.

However, I haven’t received any email with the voucher details yet. When I go to the voucher details page via the badge, I do see the “Claim” option — but when I click on it, it asks me to pay for the voucher instead of providing it for free.

Could someone please help me understand:

  • Why I haven’t received the voucher email?

  • Why it is asking for payment even though I’ve earned the eligibility badge?

I’ve double-checked my learning history, and everything required has been completed. Any assistance or guidance on how to claim the free voucher would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Suhash

Hi @SuhashV

Note on CSA Exam Costs:

Only the training is free — the exam voucher is not included.
To claim the voucher, you will need to pay the exam fee.

However, if you're working with a ServiceNow partner company, you may be eligible to receive the voucher free of cost.
Otherwise, you’ll need to pay the full amount plus applicable taxes.
