CSA Voucher Not Issued After Completing Administration Fundamentals On-Demand

Hello Community,

I am looking for some guidance regarding my CSA exam voucher. I have successfully completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On-Demand course today (March 18, 2026).

On my dashboard, I can see that I have earned the "Eligibility for CSA Voucher" badge and the "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand" badge. However, when I go to the "My Vouchers" tab or try to register for the exam, I do not see a voucher code, and the system is asking for a full payment of $300.

Details:

Course: ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (On-Demand)

Status: 100% Completed

Badges Earned: Eligibility for CSA Voucher

Issue: No voucher code received in email or "My Vouchers" section.

I have already verified that my profile email is linked. Has anyone else experienced a delay in the voucher appearing after earning the eligibility badge? Does "Eligibility" automatically grant a voucher, or is there an additional step I am missing to "Claim" it?

I have attached screenshots of my completed status for reference. Any help or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated!

The voucher concept is no longer valid. You need to book the exam through a new vendor. If you are not working with a partner company, you will need to pay $300 plus taxes, which comes to $354.

The badge that you earned - 'Eligibility for CSA voucher' signals your preparedness for the exam, but does not automatically grant the voucher. Voucher concept is not valid anymore as Exam structure has been changed, and'Claiming the voucher' means registering for exam by paying fees 300 USD + taxes, and there is no other way.

Since late 2025 , the voucher concept is no longer valid.

You need to register the exam via Pearson Vue from ServiceNow University

In Servicenow University - No Certification exam is free of cost until and unless any  campaign /promo is going on.

Currently, there is no free promo is going on for CSA.

So You have to pay Registration cost +tax.
