CSA Voucher Not Issued After Completing Administration Fundamentals On-Demand

Hello Community,

 

I am looking for some guidance regarding my CSA exam voucher. I have successfully completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On-Demand course today (March 18, 2026).

 

On my dashboard, I can see that I have earned the "Eligibility for CSA Voucher" badge and the "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand" badge. However, when I go to the "My Vouchers" tab or try to register for the exam, I do not see a voucher code, and the system is asking for a full payment of $300.

 

Details:

 

Course: ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (On-Demand)

 

Status: 100% Completed

 

Badges Earned: Eligibility for CSA Voucher

 

Issue: No voucher code received in email or "My Vouchers" section.

 

I have already verified that my profile email is linked. Has anyone else experienced a delay in the voucher appearing after earning the eligibility badge? Does "Eligibility" automatically grant a voucher, or is there an additional step I am missing to "Claim" it?

 

I have attached screenshots of my completed status for reference. Any help or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @YUVARAJ07,

 

After the introduction of Pearson VUE in the ServiceNow University, there is no concept of "Vouchers". If your organization is not having Partner Portal Access, then you need to pay and attempt the exam.
