CSA Voucher

Hi team, could you please guide me on how to request a voucher to take the CSA exam, or point me to the right place or person to do so? Thanks in advance!

You need to complete the CSA training first. Once done, you’ll receive an email with instructions to claim the voucher. Since you’re a ServiceNow employee, it’s best to connect with your manager or teammates for further guidance.

You need to navigate to Now Learning - https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home

Search for Certified System Administrator On Demand course link, complete that course and you are eligible for the CSA exam. Once you complete the course you have to schedule exam from web accessor  .

As other has mentioned in the thread, you need to complete the CSA training available through ServiceNow University, to be eligible for a ServiceNow voucher.
