Hi Team,

I completed the all modules which can belong to CSA. But I didn't recieve the CSA eligible voucher. Kindly help me to get voucher code.

Hi @rajeshcaree,

there's been a transition with exam platforms, and vouchers were related to the legacy one (Webassessor), the new one (Pearson VUE) is voucher-less, no vouchers will ever be issued anymore. The switch took effect on 18th November 2025 (thus a month ago).

To take a CSA exam, you need to register for it (subject to payment), and after registration you have 90 days window to schedule your exam - either onsite on proctored.

Also, the registration costs 300 USD + taxes (unless you work for a ServiceNow partner), but if you are a resident of India, there's a 50 % promo-code "NASCOMCSA" valid regionally until the end of 2025.,,
