 i want to see ebook about CSA course but i dont know the username name and password from where i can get it.

Did you get the eBook yourself, or did someone else share the link with you? If you got it yourself, please share the email ID you used for the 'Now Learning' login. Alternatively, you can create a new account on that website. @RoshaniB

@RoshaniB You might have received email from "nowlearning@service-now.com" when you enroll for the CSA course in now learning. Subject of the email would be "Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library".

In this email you will see username and password.

Hi @RoshaniB 

Check the email associated with your Now Learning account, you should have received a message with the subject "Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library" from nowlearning@service-now.com.

That email contains your login ID and password for accessing the eBook.

@RoshaniB Upon enrolled with CSA Course on Now Learning, you must have received an email on registered email id with below subject which contains the UserName & Password and URL to access the Ebook. 

The subject of email would be : "Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library"
