Hi Guys, I applied for the CSA exam, which is scheduled on Nov 20. I preferred the offline Centre to give the exam. I need some suggestions on how I need to clear this with the first attempt itself. Coming to ServiceNow, a few topics I thought I was lagging on, especially on the integrations and ACL concepts. Can you please share some thoughts on the CSA exam?

Hi @smshaik22,

just be careful because the Webassessor/Kryterion will no longer be used after 17th November 2025.

So double check that your selected exam centre is still a partner with the new facilitator Vue Pearson
