Over the past year and months, I've taken courses and a microcertification that appear on my badge list, but lately I can't see any of my achievements. It seems as if I've never taken a course.
Can anyone help me recover my history?

Login to the University and Create a Case. They should be able to help you with that.

Have you changed your profile at some point in time or created a new service profile? Have you looked here: My Profile | CUAM | ServiceNow
If you still can't find anything, then please create a case with ServiceNow to obtain their help.
