Do i need around 300 points for a free trial ?

Could you please clarify what you mean by "300 points"?

ServiceNow typically does not use a "points" system for free trials. Are you referring to:

1. Currency ($300 USD) for the exam fee?

2. Learning Credits for training?

3. Reputation points on the Community?
   
   

If you are simply looking for a Free Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to practice, you can get one for free at developer.servicenow.com without needing any points.

Can you clarify your question, I think you are talking about giving csa exam for free,

then no mate you can't give CSA for free, you've to compulsorily pay 300 USD + taxes for it

Points / credits are purchased by your company and can be delegated to the in house developers. If this is not the case, your only option is to purchase the exam. There is no such thing as free trial.

There is no requirement to obtain a PDI. If you are referring to training, that is also free. However, if you are looking to take the exam, you will need to pay either by card or using learning credits.
