Hi everyone
I’m currently preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam and wanted to reach out to this community for some guidance. I’ve been covering the official syllabus and hands-on practice, but I feel that mock exams and real exam-style questions would really help me assess my readiness and improve my time management.
If anyone can recommend: Reliable CSA mock exams
I’d really appreciate your suggestions 🙏
Thanks in advance to everyone for your support. This community has been super helpful for learners.

I recently passed my CSA exam on my first attempt I used mock tests, and the actual exam questions closely mirrored them, with around 70–80% appearing almost identical, which made a big difference. Exam notes were helpful for quick reference, and hands-on practical labs really helped reinforce real-world understanding. If you’re unsure about a question, mark it for review and come back to it later, avoid spending too much time on a single question, and always keep a close watch on the time.

Hi! You’re on the right track
For the ServiceNow CSA exam, I would recommend you start with ServiceNow University resources – particularly the official mock exams (answer key also included) and learning paths for CSA as they are extremely close to real exam format.
Along with that, doing tons of hands on in a personal developer instance is really helps to drive the concepts home and get faster. After each mock, go back to weak areas and you should be able to see a gradual improvement.
Good luck in preparing for the test – you’ll do great!

HI @Ruby_Mattews ,
Please don't rely on unofficial mocups - they are known to have false information. Rather go through the official learning as this should be enough.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Tips for the CSA Exam (Certified System Administrator)
CSA is the first and foundational exam in your ServiceNow journey. Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:
Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.
Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.
Consider supplementary courses – Some candidates have found Udemy courses helpful for additional practice and clarity.
Watch my experience video – I’ve shared my own preparation journey and tips here:
Good luck on your CSA journey!

I made the mistake of doing just that of doing training outside of the ServiceNow, I did do all the training in ServiceNow. My suggestion is to just stay with in ServiceNow. I am going through fundamentals class again and taking a little bit longer, using a "fine tooth and comb" to get my information.
I do have a question about the material. In some of the materials go to Service documentations. Do you look into it, also if there is another link about going into another document. Or only just stick the fundamentals. Do we need to look at advance class as well.
